A container with what appears to be an infant’s remains inside was recovered from the Mohawk River in North Utica police said.
Police Chief Mark Williams did not reveal too many details during a news conference outside the Utica Police Station, . He declined to say what type of container the remains were in, where they were found in the water and whether anything had been done to keep the container submerged.
Police are awaiting an autopsy to confirm whether the body is Levon who has been missing since May 29.
