Fernbank Museum Becomes a BOO-seum This Halloween

BOO-seum-IMAX

Fernbank Museum is celebrating Halloween with two events to satisfy the scary and sweet sides of All Hallow’s Eve for children and adults. An adult event will be offered on Friday, October 28 as part of Martinis & IMAX®. Fright Night will embrace the scary attire of ‘80s proms and eerie prom films set in the (almost) ‘80s, like Carrie (1976), as Fernbank reveals what happens “When Good Proms Go Bad.” On Saturday, October 29, Fernbank invites children to don their costumes and enjoy a safe environment for trick-or-treating along with special activities and costumed characters as the Museum becomes a BOO-seum.

Halloween Fun for Adults:

Martinis & IMAX® Fright Night

Friday, October 28 from 6:30 p.m.-midnight
What happens when good proms go bad? Fernbank’s annual adult Halloween event is taking you back to the day of big hair with an ‘80s prom theme. Enjoy live music by Flux Capacitor, a special “screaming” of Carrie, a costume contest for best Prom King and Queen and more.

Standard Martinis & IMAX® prices apply: $7 for general admission or general admission with Carrie screening (must purchase in advance to guarantee seating), $12 for general admission plus Carrie and/or an IMAX® film. Members receive free general admission and can purchase IMAX® tickets for $7.

Halloween Fun for Kids and Families:

Fernbank BOO-seum Trick-or-Treat
