Alisa Maier Found Alive After Being Abducted From Front Yard



Alisa Maier, the four year old, who was snatched from her front yard has been found alive and unharmed at a car wash more than 80 miles from her home.

Alisa Maier turned up at a car wash in a St. Louis suburb after a passerby called police to report a little boy wandering outside just before 10 p.m.

It was Alisa, her hair cut short.

Alisa is now recovering at a St. Louis hospital with her parents by her side. She has been able to provide more information about her abductor, a white man in his 30s

FBI spokeswoman Rebecca Wu said the responding officer reported that Maier was unharmed, but seemed tired, The Associated Press reported.

Police are examining surveillance video from local businesses in hopes of finding some clues in the case.

Alisa's father wants to let the public how thankful the family is for all of the community's prayers and thoughts, and for all of the volunteers who worked to find Alisa.
